LINK Advanced Movement Mechanics offers this content for viewing only by its registrants. It is intended for personal use; distribution is not allowed.
For In-Person Events
By registering for an in-person event you hereby release, waive and discharge LINK Advanced Movement Mechanics Inc., their officers, agents, or employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you, while participating in such activity, while in, on or upon the premises where the Event is being conducted, regardless of whether such loss is caused by the negligence of you, or otherwise and regardless of whether such liability arises in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Notice of Filming and Photography
When you attend any LINK event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction.
