Why Do the Feet Really Matter?

The foot and ankle don’t always get the acknowledgement they deserve. Not only do they literally connect us to the world around us, but their structure and function affect the mechanics of the knee, hip, pelvic girdle—the entire kinematic chain. Join us virtually for a deep dive into how and why this is true and how this knowledge can be incorporated into effective exercise prescription ideas to help improve movement patterns.
