Dr. Michelle Solomon
Michelle obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, With a strong background in human movement, biomechanics, and injury rehabilitation, Michelle has a particular interest in treating active individuals and sport-related injuries.
She is certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture, a biomedical approach to acupuncture used to address pain, muscle dysfunction, and sports injuries. Michelle integrates chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, acupuncture, and fascial release to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support optimal movement patterns.
Rather than focusing solely on the site of pain, Michelle takes a whole-body approach to care, recognizing that dysfunction in one area can contribute to symptoms elsewhere. She places a strong emphasis on movement assessment, identifying compensatory patterns, and addressing underlying mechanical contributors to injury. This allows her to create individualized treatment plans that support both recovery and injury prevention.
Michelle works with a wide range of patients from recreational exercisers to competitive athletes and tailors care to meet the physical demands of each individual. Her goal is to help patients move better, recover efficiently, and return to training, sport, and daily activities with confidence. Her approach is evidence-informed, patient-centred, and focused on achieving long-term, sustainable results.
