Heather has been a registered massage therapist for over twenty years, graduating with honors from Centennial College’s esteemed Massage Therapy program. She has worked in diverse settings, honing her expertise and expanding her holistic approach to care.

In addition, Heather became a Reiki Master over a decade ago and has embraced her roles as a shamanic practitioner and certified astrologer. This multidisciplinary approach allows her to view the body as a dynamic repository of past experiences and emotions, and to integrate mechanical, structural, emotional, mental, and spiritual perspectives into her treatments within the scope of massage therapy practice.

Heather’s career highlights include working backstage for musicians and their crews, and with the Pan Am Games and the Just for Laughs festival productions. She has also worked on film and television sets and served as an on-site massage therapist in Mexico. Her clientele spans Olympic athletes, professional dancers, high-performance professionals, and everyday individuals seeking healing and balance.
