Sarah Jarvis
Sarah Jarvis is a fully certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor and Lead Instructor Trainer who has been teaching clients and training students in Toronto and around the world for twenty years. Sarah was introduced to the fitness industry early on through team sports and aerobic and group strength training. Seeing and feeling the benefits of Pilates, she made the transition from the high-impact training world and continues to witness the positive impact of isolated and specific mindful exercise. As she says, “Combining muscle activation exercises, Pilates, and weight training is my jam.” Her education has included several Merrithew® branded programs (ZEN•GA®, Halo Training, Fascial Movement), Functional Range Conditioning certification, several workshops and mentorships through Industry experts. Sarah teaches the general population with a focus on strength, proper muscle activation, and rehabilitation, and is a mentor to several students as they become certified Pilates instructors.
