Shifting Strategies: Exploring Movement Potential

Falling back on tried-and-true solutions is human nature, but there’s nothing like a good refresh to challenge our established dogmas and jump-start motivation. Shifting Strategies: Exploring Movement Potential allows you to explore and experience different approaches to movement.

Taking a holistic approach that stresses the importance of not categorizing bodies or movements into “boxes,” we’ll discuss how athletes/clients find available movement strategies; how to utilize compression and elastic movement strategies and structures; and how to uncover skill acquisition and power from coordination that was previously underdeveloped, all with the goal of allowing you to approach your training protocols and program design with fresh eyes and renewed perspective.
